What am I actually buying?+
Prepaid HORSETRANS balance (EUR) with a bonus. You pay €3,000, we credit €3,500 — the €500 difference is our bonus to you. Spend it like cash on any HORSETRANS trip.
How much do I really save?+
Each tier earns you a bigger bonus — Rider gives you €3,500 of balance for €3,000 cash. A €600 trip uses €600 of balance but only €514 of real cash.
Are cash prices the same with Plus?+
Yes. Prices for races, vet and custom transport stay identical. The savings come from your bonus balance, not from discounted rates.
What if I run out of balance mid-trip?+
No worries. You can top up, or pay the difference in cash. Both options work for any booking.
Can I share balance between stables or riders?+
Yes — Stable tier supports sub-accounts and custom invoicing. Contact sales.
What happens if I don't use it all?+
Balance expires 12–18 months after purchase. We'll remind you in advance. Stable tier includes extensions on request.
