Requirements

What we expect from a partner

  • ·Valid road-freight business licence in your country of operation.
  • ·Valid vehicle insurance; CMR carrier liability insurance for international transport.
  • ·At least one fully-equipped horse transport vehicle (truck, truck+trailer, or professional trailer).
  • ·Driver with relevant experience in horse transport. References helpful but not required.
  • ·Willingness to provide GPS tracking and photos to the customer during transport — a standard, not an upsell.

Do I have to drive exclusively for HORSETRANS?
No. The partnership is an additional channel. You keep your own clients; we forward extra loads.
Who sets the price?
You — according to your own pricing. The customer pays you directly; we don't take a cut. The €99 is a listing fee only.
Who invoices the customer?
You do — if you run the trip. HORSETRANS is an introducing platform, not a subcontractor.
What if I decline a lead?
No penalty. We forward it to the next partner. Systematic declines may lead to delisting over time.
When does the dashboard launch?
Q3 2026 — self-service leads, billing and pricing. Until then, everything runs over email + WhatsApp.
